The highlight of the course is that Mr Abhimanyu Sable himself will be teaching the skill and techniques to develop and manage professional clubs. The AFA Health/Fitness Instructor (HFI) will be a professional qualified to assess, design, and implement individual and group exercise and fitness programs for apparently healthy individuals. The course apart from Anatomy, physiology will teach participants management skills,fitness training systems, service standards.

“I use to work out in the evening @ABS gym in MCA club and have always been working out in the evening and had fairly good diet but when Mr. Abhimanu asked me to shoot for ABS gym I have to add mentioned things in my routine: I have to do work out in the morning; as morning is the best time when hormones help build muscle mass. Next, every day I use to have 4 to 5 scopes of whey proteins in my diet, but for photoshoot I have to replace this diet plan with 30 egg whites plus salads three times a day. Third, I have to dedicate myself on functional training rather than weight training (I have to do this high intensity workout and cardio thrice a week). Name of the game is consistency- it took me 5 months to reach my goal.”

My motivation to be a part of The AFA Health/ Fitness Instructor Course at the Abs Fitness Academy was to give myself the opportunity to not only learn but to share the instructions from Pune’s very best.
